At Glo Melanin, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused beauty products. To maintain hygiene standards, items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.

  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
